Personal and small-group practice

Yoga classes in Gurgaon for working adults

Traditional, progressive practice centred on mobility, breath, stress regulation and sustainable wellbeing—not competition, heat or extreme poses.

What the classes are designed to do

Most desk-based work is sedentary behaviour, according to the World Health Organization.1 Satv classes create a regular, guided movement appointment around the participant's schedule. They are not advertised as a substitute for the broader physical-activity needs of every individual.

Foundations

Posture basics, joint movement, breath awareness and a paced sequence for beginners.

Spine and mobility

Screened group practice for desk-related stiffness and general mobility goals.

Rest and recovery

Gentle movement, breathing and relaxation for an evening routine.

Traditional Hatha

A balanced practice informed by posture, breath, attention and disciplined repetition.

How a batch starts

  1. Short intake and safety screen.
  2. Placement by goal, experience and appropriate intensity.
  3. Attendance record and simple baseline measures.
  4. Progress review after four to eight weeks.

NCCIH describes yoga as generally safe for healthy people when performed properly under qualified guidance, while also noting that injuries can occur and some people need modifications.2

Do not attend a general batch without clearance if you have a new injury, unexplained chest pain, fainting, acute neurological symptoms, recent surgery, active/recent DVT, a high-risk pregnancy or another condition for which your clinician has limited activity.
